Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 2nd day of June 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Wharehuia Tamati Roberts of 54C Hartford Avenue, Papamoa, was convicted and ordered to pay a fine of $500 and Court costs of $130 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 2 June 1999, following his conviction on 2 June 1999, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, the Community Magistrates R. Paterson and A. Ngatai, have ordered that a Nissan Sunny motor vehicle, registration No. LH 7952 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Wharehuia Tamati Roberts, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 2nd day of June 1999.
