Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager International Relations in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Polynesian Limited to authorise the airline to operate additional capacity of up to 50 seats per week between New Zealand and Australia.
