J. McGuire, has ordered that a Holden Commodore motor vehicle, registration No. TY 9299 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 5.00 p.m. on the 14th day of May 1999.
