Notice of Guarantee Given, Pursuant to Section 59 (1) of the Public Finance Act 1989 Pursuant to section 59 (2) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement: The Minister of Finance on behalf of the Crown has given a guarantee to the National Bank of New Zealand Limited and Citibank, N.A. (``the banks'') in relation to financial accommodation and further financial facilities provided by the banks to Solid Energy New Zealand Limited in the amount of up to $12 million.
