Appointment of Judge of the High Court Pursuant to section 4 of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint Robert Stanley Chambers, one of Her Majesty's Counsel of Auckland to be a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand, to take effect on 18 May 1999.
