C. McKegg has ordered that a Toyota Corolla motor vehicle, registered No. NJ 1752 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Carlo Gage be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 10th day of May 1999.
