Symmans and P. Ferguson have ordered that a Holden Statesman motor vehicle, registration No. HM 3671 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Andrew James Pearson, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
