Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 8019024819 On the 9th day of April 1999 at the District Court at Hamilton, Tomika Reni Whiu of 22 Anderson Road, Melville, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 12 months community programme and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 18 months from 9 April 1999, following his conviction on 9 April 1999, for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge L. E. Laing has ordered that a Volkswagon Kombi Van motor vehicle, registration No. KK 2184 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Tomika Reni Whiu, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or the Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 9th day of April 1999.
