L. S. F. Burnett has ordered that a Honda Prelude motor vehicle, registration No. RG 5751 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Mark Heyden McLeod, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
