New Zealand Food Standard 1996 Amendment No. 13 Section 11g of the Food Act 1981 The New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 13 was issued by the Minister of Health on 13 April 1999. The amendment incorporates changes made in Amendment No. 43 to the Australian Food Standards Code (AFSC), into New Zealand Food Standard 1996. The New Zealand Food Standard 1996, and the material incorporated into it by reference, i.e., the AFSC up to and including Amendment No. 43, is available for inspection at the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington. Copies of the New Zealand Food Standard 1996 and its amendments, are available for purchase from any Bennetts Government Bookshop. Copies of the AFSC and its amendments are available from Information Australia, 75 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, VIC 3000, Australia. The New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 13, will come into force on the 28th day after the date of this notification.
