B. Wilson has ordered that a 1994 Mazda Lantis motor vehicle, registration No. WQ 7345 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Emil Robert Bosch be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
