The Fisheries (Amendment to Satellite Vessel Monitoring Circular) Notice 1999 (No. F115) I hereby advise that, after consultation with the Seafood Industry Council Limited, the New Zealand Federation of Commercial Fishermen and the New Zealand Fishing Vessel Owners Association, an Amendment to Circular One has been issued on the 24th day of March 1999, pursuant to regulation 4 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993. Circular One specifies the standards applying in respect of Inmarsat-C automatic location communicators. This Amendment to Circular One specifies Year 2000 Compliance and Week Number Roll Over Compliance.
