B. Thomas has ordered that a Holden Commodore motor vehicle, registered No. TJ 9364 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Vaughan Allan Ormsby, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
