Revocation of Prohibition of the Prescribing of Medicines Pursuant to section 48 (3) of the Medicines Act 1981, I, Wyatt Creech, Minister of Health, hereby revoke the notice issued on 5 September 1996, which prohibits the prescribing of benzodiazepines and their derivatives, and fenfluromine by Dr Satish Chandra, medical practitioner of Auckland.
