Symmans and P. Ferguson have ordered that a Mazda motor vehicle, registration No. PC 5176 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Andrew Todd Watson be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 11th day of March 1999.
