Schuitemaker have ordered that a Holden motor vehicle, registration No. JQ 6059 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Aaron John Mills be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
