Scott and D. Brookes have ordered that a Vauxhall motor vehicle, registration No. CQ 5063 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Patrick Manu Nohe, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 12 noon on the 8th day of March 1999.
