Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 September 1996, which was granted under those regulations to Shona Elizabeth Davison in respect of: Owl's House (25040), situated at 82 Kelvin Road, Papakura, Auckland.
