Order of the Council in Disciplinary Session Fiona Lee Schreiber After due inquiry and in exercise of its powers under sections 42 (1) (b), 42 (2) (d), 42 (3) and 48a of the Nurses Act 1977, following a disciplinary hearing, the Nursing Council of New Zealand (``the council'') in a decision dated 10 September 1999, ordered that Fiona Lee Schreiber, registered comprehensive nurse of Christchurch, be censured. The council also ordered that Ms Schreiber pay 50 percent towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the council which amounted to $6,010.00 and that a notice stating the effect of these orders be published in the New Zealand Gazette, Kai Tiaki: Nursing New Zealand and the Christchurch Press.
