Crichel Farms Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Crichel Farms Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Level One, Building Five, Central Park, Auckland, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the ground that the liquidation of the company has been completed. Unless written objection to such removal under section 321 of the Act is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch by the 10th day of March 1999, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
