Schloffel, directors of the company, with a registered office at 26 Dell Avenue, Auckland 1005, hereby give notice that, due to the fact that we have not actively been trading for more than 10 years under the companies name, and are not likely to do so in the near future, we intend to lodge a request to the District Registrar of Companies in Auckland to have our company removed from the Register.
