Maersk New Zealand Limited Revocation of Notice of Intention to Remove the Company From the Register On the 28th day of January 1999 the Registrar of Companies gave notice of his intention to remove Maersk New Zealand Limited from the Companies Register. This notice was given as the result of an administrative error. Maersk New Zealand Limited confirms that it will not be removed from the New Zealand Companies Register. Creditors and customers of Maersk New Zealand Limited can be assured that business will continue as usual.
