Pivot Limited Notice of Intention to Remove the Company From the Register and Special Resolution of Shareholder by Entry in the Minute Book It is resolved that Mr Shuang-Chin Yeh be authorised to apply on behalf of the company, for it to be removed from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, on the ground that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of this Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
