Bandoid Limited (in liquidation) (formerly known as The Furniture Removal Company Limited) Notice of Intention to Remove the Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies, Bandoid Limited (in liquidation) formerly known as The Furniture Removal Company Limited (``the company''), which has its registered office at 47 Boulcott Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act''), on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statement and report pursuant to sections 257 (1) (a) and 318 of the Act.
