Gerrard Music Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register The liquidation of the company having been completed, removal from the Register is requested in accordance with section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993. All known assets have been dealt with and the proceeds have been distributed. The attention of all creditors or shareholders is drawn to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, which provides that where public notice is given of an intention to remove a company from the Register, any person may send or deliver to the Registrar, an objection to the removal on any of the grounds specified in that section of the Act.
