Huntington Centre Limited Public Notice of Intention of Removal From the New Zealand Companies Register On the 12th day of December 1998, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, that Huntington Centre Limited, Level Four, 3 Osterley Way, Manukau City, Auckland, be removed from the New Zealand Register. Application is made on the grounds stated in section 318 (2) (a) that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and surplus assets have been distributed.
