New Zealand Defence Holdings Limited and New Zealand Defence Industries Limited Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the Above Companies From the Register Pursuant to Section 318 of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is given that, pursuant to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, it is proposed that a request be made of the Registrar of Companies at Auckland to remove New Zealand Defence Holdings Limited and New Zealand Defence Industries Limited, whose registered offices are at Level Twelve, 89 The Terrace, Wellington, from the Register. The grounds for removal are that the companies have ceased to carry on business, have discharged in full their liabilities to all known creditors and have distributed surplus assets in accordance with their constitutions. Unless written objection to the removal of these companies is delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, by the 15th day of August 1999 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.
