Notice is hereby given that Jalor South Investments Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 7 Aotaki Street, Otaki, has applied to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be removed from the Register on the grounds specified in section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, namely that Jalor South Investments Limited has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has discharged its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
