D Fisher Agency Limited Notice of Intention to Request Removal From the Register In the matter of section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act''), and in the matter of D Fisher Agency Limited (previously known as Bunt Sellars & McGregor Agency Limited, REW Agency Limited and Pawnee Holdings Limited) (``the company''), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Level Five, Lambton House, 160 Lambton Quay, Wellington: Notice is hereby given: 1. That, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, Michael Andrew John Sellars, being a shareholder authorised by special resolution of the company, intends to deliver to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, a request that the company be removed from the Register of Companies on the grounds that at the date of such request that the company will have ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Act. 2.
