Queen Charlotte Resorts Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned joint liquidators of Queen Charlotte Resorts Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Endeavour Inlet, Queen Charlotte Sound, Picton, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1) (e) of the Act on the ground that the liquidation of the company has been completed. Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch by the 15th day of February 1999, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
