XS Radio Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of XS Radio Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Level Three, Westside Building, corner of Square and Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in subsection 257 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed. Unless written objection to such removal, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton by the 11th day of March 1999 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
