The order sought is an order: (a) That M Yovich & Sons Limited be put into liquidation by the Court under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993; (b) In the alternative, that M Yovich & Sons Limited <normal>acquire the plaintiff's shares at a proper valuation; (c) Such other orders as may seem just and equitable in the circumstances.
