Advertisement of Application for Putting Incorporated Society into Liquidation Take notice that on the 19th day of August 1999, an application for putting Epitaph Riders Motorcycle Club Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 4th day of October 1999 at 9.30 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
