Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation Take notice that on the 12th day of November 1998, an application to put Portico Express Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland and on the 14th day of December 1998 the proceedings were transferred to the High Court at Dunedin by way of an order made by the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Wednesday, the 10th day of March 1999 at 10.00 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
