Waikaia Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 1999 Pursuant to section 4 (4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice. N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement: This notice may be cited as the Waikaia Rural Fire District Revocation Notice 1999. This notice will come into force on the 1st day of December 1999. 2. Abolition of Waikaia Rural Fire District: The Waikaia Rural Fire District is hereby abolished. 3.
