The Traffic (Dunedin City) Notice 1999 Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, John Paul Edgar, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice: N o t i c e (1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Dunedin City) Notice 1999. (2) Those localities and roads shown within markings identified in the legend of and appearing on the plans numbered: TT99/68 Sheet No. 1 of 4, entitled ``Gazetted Speed Restrictions for Dunedin City Roads (excl. State Highways); and TT99/68 Sheet No. 2 of 4, entitled ``Gazetted Speed Restrictions for Dunedin City Roads (excl. State Highways); and TT99/68 Sheet No. 3 of 4, entitled ``Gazetted Speed Restrictions for Dunedin City Roads (excl. State Highways); and TT99/68 Sheet No. 4 of 4, entitled ``Gazetted Speed Restrictions for Dunedin City Roads (excl. State Highways); and held by the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority, are declared to be closely populated localities at all times, pursuant to section 52 (1) (c) of the Transport Act 1962; except where declared: (a) as 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976; or (b) as excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 (1) of the Transport Act 1962, as may be ascertained from the legend. The plans and legends are hereby incorporated into this notice.
