Summary of Exemptions Granted by the Director of Civil Aviation Pursuant to section 37 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of a summary of an exemption, set out in the Schedule hereto, granted by the Director of Civil Aviation. Schedule 99/EXE/87 CAR 91.701 (c) & (d) On 21 June 1999. To each pilot operating an aircraft in aerobatic flight below a height of 3000 feet or while carrying a passenger, from the requirements in Civil Aviation Rules 91.701 (c) and (d) that the pilot shall hold an aerobatic rating issued under Part 61. This exemption shall apply until 31 March 2000 or until withdrawn in writing by the director, whichever occurs first. Pilots wishing to make use of it must refer to exemption 99/EXE/87 to ensure they comply with the conditions attached to it.
