Hunua Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 1999 Pursuant to section 4 (4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice. N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Hunua Rural Fire District Revocation Notice 1999. (2) This notice will come into force on the 1st day of October 1999. 2. Abolition of Hunua Rural Fire District The Hunua Rural Fire District is hereby abolished. 3. Revocation of Rural Fire District Notice The Hunua Rural Fire District 1992* is hereby revoked.
