Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 12: Dargaville to Ruawai It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 5 May 1999, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 12 in Kaipara District commencing at the south abutment of the Northern Wairoa Bridge, Dargaville (Route Position) 153/0.89) and proceeding generally in a southerly direction to the intersection with Freyburg Street, Ruawai (Route Position 169/11.98); a distance of 27.02 kilometres, as more particularly shown on Plan LA/11/51/1, LA/11/51/2 and LA/11/51/3 and accompanying schedules held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
