Civil Aviation Rules The Minister of Transport intends to make ordinary rules in the following CAR Part Part 172 Air Traffic Service Organisations Certification pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. The submission close-off date for the proposed rules is 20 August 1999.
