Notification of Ordinary Rules Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules set out in the Schedule hereto which come into effect as stated in the Schedule. Schedule Civil Aviation Rules Part 91: General Operating and Flight Rules, Amendment 5, which shall come into effect on 15 July 1999.
