Summary of Exemptions Granted by the Director of Civil Aviation Pursuant to section 37 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of a summary of an exemption, set out in the Schedule hereto, granted by the Director of Civil Aviation. Schedule 99/EXE/24 CAR 61.5 (a) On 27 May 1999. To Ricky John Lucas and Gary Allen Mahoney, being employees of Rick Lucas Helicopters Limited and holding Commercial Pilot Licences (Helicopter). From the requirement in Civil Aviation Rule 61.5 (a) (1), only while acting as pilot-in-command of a Sikorsky S61R helicopter when carrying out VFR external load operations for hire or reward, provided that Ricky John Lucas and Gary Allen Mahoney continue to hold a current CPL(H). This exemption shall apply until 29 February 2000 or until withdrawn in writing by the director, whichever occurs first.
