Civil Aviation Rules The Minister of Transport intends to make ordinary rules in the following CAR Parts Part 21 Certification of Products and Parts; and Part 91 General Operating and Flight Rules (Proposed amendments incorporate aircraft noise and engine emission standards) pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. The submission close-off time for the proposed part is 24 June 1999.
