Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976 Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, John Lance Murphy, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicles specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements the Traffic Regulations 1976 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified within Schedule 3 of this notice. Schedule 1 Vehicle Details Make: International Navistar Models: 8100, 9200 and 9400 series vehicles Schedule 2 Exempted Requirements relating to: Regulations 63 (4) (a) Mounting height of direction-indicator lamps. Schedule 3 Conditions (i) Any direction-indicator lamps required by regulation 63 (3) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, must be the vehicle manufacturer's original equipment specification, must be in sound condition and good working order, and must not be modified in any way; (ii) This exemption may be revoked at any time; (iii) A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and be readily available for inspection.
