Aupouri/Karikari Rural Fire District Notice 1995 Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice. N o t i c e 1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Aupouri/Karikari Rural Fire District Notice 1995, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read with and deemed part of the notice constituting the Aupouri/Karikari Rural Fire District Notice 1995*, made on the 26th day of January 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice). (2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. The principal notice is hereby amended by: (1) Replacing ``Ministry of Forestry'' with ``Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry'' within clause 5 (6) of the constitution, and; (2) Omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the Schedule set out herein: ``Schedule North Auckland Land District Far North District Aupouri/Karikari Rural Fire District All those parcels containing 88,400 hectares, more or less, as shown on S.O. Plan 67427, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland, as the same on those plans numbered N.R.F.A. 130 deposited in the Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington.''
