Notification of Revocation of Approval of Substance as a Dispersant Pursuant to rule 132.4 (1) of the Marine Protection Rules, I hereby give notice that the approval of the substance PES-5li, manufactured by Petroleum Environmental Services Inc as a TYPE 1 DISPERSANT, given on 27 January 1999, in accordance with Part 132 of the Marine Protection Rules, made pursuant to the Maritime Transport Act 1994, IS REVOKED with effect from the date of this notice.
