Harlow Finance and Leasing Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, both chartered accountants at Ferrier Hodgson & Co, Level Sixteen, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 17th day of August 1999, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the income of the property of Harlow Finance and Leasing Limited, under the powers contained in a memorandum of mortgage No. D. 290446.5 of lease B. 045177.1, dated on the 28th day of April 1998. The receivers have been appointed in respect of the property, subject to the mortgage of lease comprised and described in certificate of title 761/94 (North Auckland Registry).
