Ceratec (New Zealand) Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of January 1999, Australasian Roadmarkers (NZ) Limited hereby appointed jointly and severally Rodney Gane Pardington and Lloyd James Hayward, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Ceratec (New Zealand) Limited (in receivership), under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 11th day of February 1993, given by that company. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all its company's undertakings and all its real and personal properties and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled, but unpaid capital.
