Renwick Breweries (NZ) Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that John Andrew Dean and Rachael Isobel Barton, both of Wellington, solicitor and legal executive respectively, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Renwick Breweries (NZ) Limited on the 17th day of May 1999, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated on the 22nd day of December 1994. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
