Apparel Search International Limited (in receivership) (``the company'') Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Eighteen, Price Waterhouse Centre, 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland, were appointed receivers of Apparel Search International Limited on the 30th day of April 1999, under the terms of a debenture dated on the 10th day of July 1992.
